Day programme
My retreats offer a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. In a calm and supportive environment, participants slow down, reflect on underlying emotional patterns, and develop practical tools to restore clarity, balance, and a stronger sense of conscious choice.
Whether you are experiencing burnout or emotional fatigue, navigating relationship difficulties, worried, stuck in unhelpful toxic habits (such as smoking, scrolling, overworking), or emotional eating, my retreat programmes offer an opportunity to step back, process, reset, build clarity, and restore balance.
You may choose a private single client programme or take part in a group.
Each retreat is personalised, integrating group discussions, individual sessions informed by cognitive behavioural approaches with mindfulness, imagery in addition to other practices that will support emotional balance, regulation and overall wellbeing.

Nutrition
An initial nutritional screening is completed prior to arrival to ensure individual health requirements and preferences are fully considered. During the retreat, a wide range of meal options is available, including balanced breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices, as well as Western-style dishes.
In addition to the sample dishes shown below, the retreat offers an extensive à la carte menu, including light meals, sandwiches, and dessert options, allowing meals to be tailored to individual needs and tastes.
Activities
Selected retreat facilities may differ slightly, but all resorts in Bali offer a range of facilities and activities, including tours and signtseeing, trips to volcanic areas and much more. Our recommendations always consider the wellbeing promoted through these illustrated facilities and are specifically chosen for wellness & Healing.
Yoga
Yoga and meditation, known to unite body, mind and energy which leads to a calmer mood, promotes better physical health, mind control, emotional regulation and increased self-awareness.
Surfing
The island of Bali is partly very famous for its surfing spots. During the retreat program, there is enough room for you to learn or practice surfing or other physical activities that have an instant positive effect on mental state.
Swimming
During your rest time or alone time, you can hang out by the pool to relax, swim, read a book or practice meditation.
Wellness Massage
A relaxing massage at the end of your day? Massage has a lot of benefits for your mental and physical healthand not only reduces stress hormones but reduces muscle tensions and stimulates blood circulation, improve skin tone.
Beach Walks
Enjoying a long and relaxing beach walk feeling the sensation of sand under your feet will help calm and reduce your stress as well as have a positive effect on your mood.
