Personalized day programme
Whether you are experiencing burnout or emotional fatigue, navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety, low mood, trauma-related stress, unhelpful habits (such as smoking or substance use), or eating-related challenges, this exclusive one-to-one retreat programme offers a structured space to reset, build clarity, and restore balance.
You may choose a residential or day-retreat in Bali.
Each retreat is fully personalised, integrating individual psychological sessions informed by cognitive behavioural approaches with complementary practices, alongside time for movement, rest, and reflection to support self-regulation and overall wellbeing.

Nutrition
An initial nutritional screening is completed prior to arrival to ensure individual health requirements and preferences are fully considered. During the retreat, a wide range of meal options is available, including balanced breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices, as well as Western-style dishes.
In addition to the sample dishes shown below, the retreat offers an extensive à la carte menu, including light meals, sandwiches, and dessert options, allowing meals to be tailored to individual needs and tastes.
Facilities
Selected retreat facilities may differ slightly, but all resorts in Bali offer a range of facilities and activities, including tours and signtseeing, trips to volcanic areas and much more. Our recommendations always consider the wellbeing promoted through these illustrated facilities and are specifically chosen for wellness & Healing.
Yoga
Yoga and meditation, known to unite body, mind and energy which leads to a calmer mood, promotes better physical health, mind control, emotional regulation and increased self-awareness.

The island of Bali is partly very famous for its surfing spots. During the retreat program, there is enough room for you to learn or practice surfing or other physical activities that have an instant positive effect on mental state.
