My approach is integrative and evidence-based, supporting insight, resilience, and sustainable change. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in mental health and wellbeing, I integrate cognitive behavioural approaches, mindfulness, biofeedback, imagery, and hypnosis, tailoring each programme to your context, values, and goals.

Having lived and worked across diverse cultural settings, I adapt my approach with sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and gender diversity, ensuring the work is relevant, respectful, and grounded in where you are now.
