My approach is integrative and evidence-based, supporting insight, resilience, and sustainable change. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in mental health and wellbeing, I integrate cognitive behavioural approaches, mindfulness, biofeedback, imagery, and hypnosis, tailoring each programme to your context, values, and goals.
