INDIVIDUALIZED & PERSONALIZED PROGRAMME

A very suitable individualized programme is the most beneficial and effective way to work through and recover from:

GROUP RETREAT PROGRAMME

Our Group retreat programme is focused on specific themes and limited to a maximum of 10 people at a time. These group retreats can range from 3 to 7 days and are an effective way to work on untangling unhelpful patterns, letting go and enhancing your life. You get to have a unique and transformative experience in a selected location that allows for growth and healing.

Jeremy hosts both exclusive one-to-one retreats, created entirely around individual needs, history, rhythms, and goals; as well as group based retreats with selected themes aimed at enhancing a person’s wellbeing using an experiential and educational led coaching approach. Clients are accommodated in a private serene location surrounded by nature and tranquility. The carefully curated retreats are based on Jeremy’s 20+ years of practice in the field of mental health and wellbeing, having lived and worked in different parts of the world. We are all constantly challenged by life in different ways and when we do not have the right tools to know how to navigate we get overwhelmed and exhausted.  For some of us, we may have been in this state of exhaustion for many years, others might have been undiagnosed or misdiagnosed and some of us might just have been through inappropriate treatments.

If your life has become unmanageable and unhappy, we can help to shine a light on the parts of you that you habitually avoid or from which you are dissociated – including your strengths.

We take great pride in creating a unique and transformative healing experience within an optimal environment. Our approach involves working with one person or one couple at a time, ensuring flexibility to be there when needed most.

My approach is grounded in coaching psychology, drawing on structured, evidence-based methods to help clients overcome internal blocks, manage emotional challenges, and build clarity, resilience, and direction in their lives. With a background in clinical psychology at PhD level, I integrate a wide range of tools while keeping the process collaborative, compassionate, and goal-focused.

Clients often seek support for challenges such as burnout, anxiety including panic, phobias, and generalised worry, low mood, grief, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, bipolar symptom management, relationship difficulties including couples work, emotional eating, disordered eating, certain eating disorders, weight related issues depending on the severity and motivation for change.

My work draws from multiple evidence-based cognitive behavioural modalities, including imagery work, hypnotherapy, biofeedback, mindfulness. I believe in the power of nature and being outdoors as it encourages emotional expression, emotional regulation that are key components of change and wellbing.

My integrative as well as trauma-informed approach is guided by a holistic health philosophy, supporting alignment across psychological, nutritional, and behavioural dimensions, in which I draw on both Western functional medicine and Eastern healing traditions.

All of this is delivered within a carefully curated retreat-style setting, with a curated team of qualified professionals, offering the space and safety for deep healing and meaningful personal transformation.

Retreats are generally organised in South East Asia: Bali Indonesia, however, other locations are also possible
